How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until Monday. Shipping during the holidays may take 5 - 10 business days. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping is determined by the weight of your order, the service chosen and by the rate of the carrier. All orders over $50 include free shipping.

Shipping Policy:

At Gentlemen Republic we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including prompt order processing and shipping. Our goal is to get your order out as quickly as possible. Once your order leaves our warehouse and is picked up by the carrier, it is no longer under our direct control. We work with trusted carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your package. However, please note that what happens during transit and upon delivery is beyond our control.

Delivery Confirmation:

If the carrier provides proof of delivery through a recipient's signature or photographic evidence, we consider the order successfully delivered. In such cases, we do not offer refunds or replacements.

Reshipping Option:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect deliveries. For added peace of mind, we offer a reshipping option for your order. For a fee of $25.00, we will send your product with direct signature confirmation upon delivery. This means that the carrier will not release the package unless it is signed for by the recipient. This option benefits both parties, as it ensures the secure receipt of your order.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We do not but please feel free to send us a message on our contact email. That would be the best method of figuring out a solution. We do ship to all 50 states including Puerto Rico and a few others.
